What are your hours of operation?
Customer Service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm EST via phone and email. We also have limited online chat hours via our website.

Where can I view your jewelry? Do you have a showroom or a store?
Currently, we do not have a showroom or a store for viewings. You can view some of our pieces at our retailers, however they do not carry our full collection. If you are interested in a specific piece from our Bridal Boutique or fashion collections, please contact Customer Service at 888-245-5145 for further assistance and information.

Can I see the ring before purchasing it?
Items in our Bridal Boutique are available for online purchase only. At Diamond in the Rough, we believe in creating a special relationship with our customers. We work closely to help facilitate our customers’ needs and assist them in any way to help make the purchasing process easier. We have 30 day return policy that helps our customers view their purchased ring in the comfort of their own home.
